Welcome to Bev’s Cafe

As the oldest restaurant in Red Wing, Minnesota, we have a healthy local group of regulars. We see them every morning, at lunch and for dinner.

We know many of you by name, just like you know us. Bev’s isn’t owned by Bev anymore, but Shelley and Roger Diercks have been keeping Bev’s Cafe open and growing for a few years now. Their commitment to downtown Red Wing and to the locals and regulars makes it a fun and unique diner where travelers and visitors can get a feel of life here in Red Wing.

Shelley takes her holidays seriously. If you don’t have plans on St. Patrick’s Day or for Oktoberfest or for the night we celebrate Scandinavian Christmas (all-you-can-eat Lutefisk!), Shelley and Roger put on a pretty fancy spread.

Keep your eyes out for cool changes to the front of the cafe! Tom and Brian from Inspired Home & Flower Studio are giving Bev’s Cafe a fresh, contemporary look and we’re really excited to hear what you think.

We may change, but we plan to stay the most popular local diner in downtown Red Wing. We’re proud of our local Red Wing restaurants and hope you’ll stop by for the kind of menu you just can’t find around here. Sure, we have those fancy coffee places in Red Wing, but where else are you going to find this bargain (once you’ve finished your chores, of course)?
